Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today. – Malcolm X
Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society, in every family.Learning is not the product of teaching. Learning is the product of the activity of learners. Martin Luther king jr. once said that Intelligence plus character-that is the goal of true education.Education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel.
The entire array of school education is undergoing conversion, revolution and transformation in the teaching learning process. In the contemporary concept of schooling, teaching has become redundant, paving way for facilitation of learning through knowledge sharing. The wave of digital learning and cloud computing is reaching new heights. In all this whirlwind of new age technology, it is important to charge ahead but with one’s head firmly on one’s shoulders.
The school strives to inculcate moral values, manners, responsibilities among students so that they may build a world free of all the iniquities. Students here are stimulated to dream, groomed to give wings to their dreams, to take off and explore the unexplored. The plethora of interesting & exciting opportunities available to youngsters today often leave them with an array of things to do. It is important therefore to help them build their focus on the subject that draws them most and give shape to their vision.
It is our belief that high school should be the experience of a life time. Our high school experience sets the stage for success later in life and provides a lifetime of positive memories for our students.
We help each child start his journey towards excellence by facilitating and not interfering in the course of his/her development. We believe that every child is not only an asset to the family, community, school or nation but to the entire world. Therefore, from the planning and designing of the curriculum to its delivery, both strategic learning and quality learning to all policies, programs and procedures are directed in achieving their goal of excellence.
As Swami Vivekananda said, “Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life – think of it, dream of it, and live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.”
Our former President APJ Abdul Kalam asked, “Can we make an education system which will retain the smiles on the faces of our children throughout their education?”
We are committed to meet this challenge.
